Handy Around The House

Usually on one of Mom's days off, she does this thing she calls "housecleaning". I don't really care for that day, since we have to stay out of the way. My sisters, Fergie, Shiloh, and Daisy usually HATE that day. That hate that thing Mom calls the "vacyuuuum". Anyway this week I wanted Mom to finish fast, so we could all cuddle. I decided to help with the dishes. What do ya'll think?

Mom calls me her little "pre-washer". I have no idea what that means. Do any of you help your Mom clean out there in blogland?

Smiley-Fest

We are skipping this week's Wordless Wednesday to enter Dory's contest called:

Dory's Smiley-Fest

Photobucket

We think this is a FANTASTIC idea for a contest, and have begged Mom to help us find pictures to enter. Here's what we've come up with so far:

These next few are of me and my brother Shingo, doing some of our best smiles. We were smiling, because we were SO happy that Mom got us new spring polos to wear on our walkies!!

This is my big smile, modeling my very own polo.

Here's my brother Shingo, enjoying his new polo.

Here's both of us together.

Here's my sister, Molly, smiling it up, because she thinks she's a princess in her new princess dress.

And lastly, here's my new brother, Jack. He's smiling a big 'ol smile, because he'd just won 5th place in the Rescued Dog class at the Celebration Pet Day Pet Show!

Thanks Dory, for having such a fabulous contest!!!

Fun Day

Hi there!! Jack here. Mom had really wanted to take me to Dog Dayz in Nashville today, .//////////////////////////////// (See that? That was caused by my blogger hogger brother, Indiana!! He stepped on the keyboard!)but she had to work. She and Dad figured out a very nice compromise. Dad drove Mom into work today. This afternoon, he took me with him to go and get her. Then, I got a little worried, because we just kept driving across town! I had no idea where we were going! Turns out we were going to Bark Park. There is a huge area for little dogs and a separate area for big dogs. There were no other littles there but me. There were several big dogs, and I enjoyed making friends and visiting with them. I ran and played with Mom and Dad. I love Bark Park, and I hope we go again soon!

After we left Bark Park, I got suprised again with a trip to PetSmart. I got to visit and smell everything there! Then, I got a teenie greenie as a treat. I was so tired that I slept all the way home! I had a great day!!

Touching

Cheryl here, mom to the "Three". I'm interrupting today for this post, because I so want to share it with everyone:

This video has been making the rounds on several sites. I've been trying to avoid watching it for days, because I knew I'd be a blubbering mess. I finally got the courage up to watch it this morning. It is truly beautiful and touching. It's just amazing what dogs can do for us.

Thankful Thursday

We are SO thankful for:

1. A loving home.
2. Our food bowl is always full.
3. Our Mom and Dad.
4. When bacon falls of our Mom or Dad's plate.
5. Cuddling
