Beautiful Award!

Unfortunately Moms and Dad didn't get the water back on, until late last night. So, we didn't get to go to the Tailgate pawty. That's o.k. though, because Moms just cuddled with us, while Dad and our uncle got the water going again.

Tonight's the night for the Tailgate pawty! My picture won us the tickets. Unfortunately the car makes me sickies, but brother Jack has agreed to stand in for me. We're having a bit of a plumbing problem at the house so if it gets fixed in time, Moms and Dad are planning on going. Efurone keep their paws crossed!!

Our house is all in a buzz right now. Efurone is getting ready for Frankie, Ruby, and Penny's wedding tomorrow. We're all busy getting our furs cleaned and our wedding outfits on. Pawty Day!!

We are off to our pawspective pre-wedding pawties this weekend!! Me and Shingo are in Chicago for Frankie's Ball and Chain Pawty, hosted by Daisy and her Dad and Pip. I think it's gonna get crazy!!

Moms Is Running for the Kids!

Moms wanted a chance to post some information. She's going to do another one of those 5 kay runs again this Saturday. She's racing for a very special cause called Special Kids. She's collecting green papers for these kids and their care. If you guys could spread the word, we would appreciate it furry much!

Hi everyone!

I am a member of Team A.S.K. (Athletes for Special Kids)! Team ASK is a Christian endurance training program developed to help adults and children achieve their athletic goals while changing lives for children receiving services at Special Kids. Special Kids provides skilled nursing care, therapy, and assistance to children regardless of their ability to pay.

My 5K race, (The Fenton Payne & Fred 5K) is this coming Saturday. I'm am racing personally for a child named Reeyan, who receives services from Special Kids.



My fundraising goal has been set and I am hoping that you will support my efforts by making a donation. I know that times are tight, but even just a dollar would help!

Moms entered one of my pictures in Nashville Paw Magazine's summer photo contest. I was so surprised yesterday, when Moms received a pee mail, announcing that we won!! Here's what it said:

Paws of Prayer

We have had so much sad news in the DWB community lately. We are furry sad about Bear Bear and Dr. Dre. We are also furry worried about our furiend Phantom. We asked Moms, if she could help us do something about it. She suggested that we start a DWB prayer chain for all of our furiends. We're Melting!!

It is soooo furry hot here! Yesterday when Moms got home, it was nearly 104 degrees with the heat index of 117!! Sheesh!! Somebuddy bring on the cool! It's been so hot, that we haven't even been able to play in our pool. Moms can't keep the water cool in it. It's too hot for walkies and playing outside too! All we've been doing lately is just napping. This weather has GOT to go!! We'd even be happy for the rain! How is your weather? Is it how where you are???

We recently got some pee mail from our furiend, Bessie, who lives in South Carolina. We always love to hear from Bessie. She always sends us the cutest pictures! It seems that Bessie is really having a grrreat time this summer. She's got her cute summer outfit and her swim float. Maybe she can come to our next pool party. Isn't she cute?!
