Boring Tuesday

Hi evfurbody. There's not much going on around the homestead today. Grandma's still not feeling well. There's still soooo much snow and cold, that we can't go for walkies or have yard zoomies. Yesterday, there was still so much ice that Dad didn't go to work. We all huddled on the sofa and watched the Olympics and other boring shows on the lookie box. When we got up this morning, it was still snowing! We're sorry that we asked for snow now. It's getting old!!

Moms and Dad are going to somebody named Marty's house for some kind of Gra party tonight. We've never heard of dis, so we'll have to find out exactly what kind party dis is!! We'll report back.

  1. Yea we kinda understand the phrase "Be careful what ya wish for"...Cause we wished upon a tiny snowflake and got 5 big snows....But hey at least there are snow days and the pawrents get to stay home!

    Wags and Licks,
    MOllie Jo & Bobo

  2. Maybe if we all put our heads together and wished hard enough for Spring, it will come fast!!

Waggles & Chi kisses, Chewy & Lilibell

  3. Oh, we share your pain! And we gots a storm coming tonight! (Momma says she's gonna do her "snow dance" )- just cause she wants work to be cancelled!
Then she can stay home with us and snuggle!

    ((hugs)) your friends
    Oskar, Schatzi & Xena

  4. Wooos! woo can send some of that snow down south, I do not have any! I hope woo pawrents have fun at the Martt's Gra party!
    -Kira The No snow dog!

  5. Too bad about all the snow. Hope it stops snowing soon. We are ready for spring.
    Love Ruby & Penny

  6. I hope that O.S. & X's. mom changes her mind about the snow dance. My mom just shoveled 6.5 MORE inches off my deck and we have another inch or so to come... ON TOP of all we have. My yard looks just like YOURS. I feel your pain. No NEW places to PUT IT!!
Now about that Gra thingy.... my mom and dad once went to that New Orleans place for what they call Mardi Gra... My mom had 3 hurricanes on Bourbon St.. She still shows people the beads that she EARNED!!! I guess she did some kind of trick or something. Hope your mom and dad have fun at their party. What are you guys gonna do while they're gone???

  7. I feel for you - that is just waaaaaay too much snow!!!

That picture reminded me of last year when I had to shovel a path for my little chi's to do their business in the back yard. The snow was taller than they are! I thought the snow would never melt but fortunately it eventually did!

It's been really chilly here which I'm not happy about but really, I can't complain when I see how much worse others have it.

Hope your Grandma starts feeling better soon and that your parents have a wonderful time at their party!

  8. uh yah that does look like it creates a little problem for you, You have more snow than we do. Have mom shovel a spot for you!!

  9. Hope your snow goes soon!!
I would watch out for your pawrents at that party thing!
    ~lickies, Ludo

  10. We keep hearing about this Mardi Gra stuff here too. All we care about is that they remember to give us lots of that good food too.

    Woos, Phantom and Thunder

  11. We've been having fun watching the Olympics, but we're tired of snow, too!

  12. you sure do gotta be careful what you wish for!

  13. That is LOTS of snow guys...Hope it melts soon!!

  14. Paws crossed for your Grandma! I hope she feels better soon!
Sounds like an interesting party! I know they are going to have fun there!
And you all... stay inside, warm and comfy!
    Take care
    Kisses and hugs

  15. My sister, Frankie would like to answer the last question: On the couch, of course tee-hee!
Thanks for embarrassing our family, Frankie. We're going now.

  16. Oh my dogness, that is REALLY deep snow. We sympathise with you and hope our snow doesn't come back.
Hope your pawrents enjoy the party.
Wags and kisses, Dinah Bridget and Elliot xx

  17. That snow is way over your head...go inside and stay warm.
